Exchange and Return Policy

The goal of setting a policy of exchange, return, or non-receipt of the order is to provide a clear vision for customers before purchasing to preserve the rights of customers as well as the store, which are as follows:
  • Nutrition & supplements of all kinds are not exchangeable or returnable.
  • Exchanges or refunds are possible (excluding nutrition & supplements) if the product is in the same original condition as when purchased and in its original packaging. If the product is opened, the store will not be able to exchange or return the product.
  • Return within three (3) days and exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
